My stay at Davao Boutique Condos - Avida was perfect and truly enjoyable. the condo was nicely furnished and featured a private bathroom. I appreciated the comfort of the bed and the convenience of amenities like an electric kettle, refrigerator, and stovetop. the staff were helpful and amiable, and I loved that wake-up calls and ironing were complimentary.

The hotel was deluxe with amicable staff and a magnificent location near downtown. The atmosphere created was quiet. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and each neat room had a microwave oven, a refrigerator and a dining area. Location: the venue was so close to centre and tourist spots, Roxas night food market, and the center. Before bed I went to Eagles Bar for a nightcap, it's right by the hotel. Food was good and I have nothing but really great memories from this trip.

the double room was cosy with iron and ironing board, flat-screen television, and a dining area. the staff were helpful, great, did all they can for a great stay. the location was particularly good and close to places we visited. there was a good restaurant, shops and a market next door. the vibe here was quiet.

Excellent location with good airport proximity. During my stay at this unique accommodation, I felt like I was in the middle of everything. Just a stone's throw away, I explored the vibrant People's Park, the fascinating D' Bone Collector Museum, and indulged in a shopping spree at Aldevinco Shopping Center.

I stayed at Boutique Condos - Avida for a quick trip to Davao. The location was perfect, close to everything and easy to navigate. The room was cozy and had all the amenities you could need, including a large TV with Netflix. The staff, especially Riza, were incredibly accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. The cleanliness and security were top-notch, and the hotel even provided a tablet and speaker for entertainment. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Davao.

I recently stayed at Boutique Condos - Avida in Davao and I loved it! The room was clean and had everything I needed. The bonus of having a washing machine with a spin drier was amazing. The location was also perfect, close to everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel.

One drawback was that there was no do not disturb sign, so when I had my clothes hanging everywhere after doing laundry, the room was unexpectedly cleaned. However, I must mention that nothing was missing, including the 20,000 pesos I had left in the room.
